Montessori Teacher Training requires a full commitment to the development of the child to help the child’s personality unfold. The teacher must seek to continually inspire the interest of the student as well as be ready to stand back when the child has become engaged in their own work.

Montessori Teacher Training requires a full year of graduate work for each of the following three age levels, and stages of development: birth to three years, three years to six years, and six years to twelve years.

Patience, a sense of humor, and a wide variety of interests are also essential to help bring perspective to their work and enhance their student’s lives.
